1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping may be at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective or incorrect.

2. Exchanges

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  
• If the item is not in its original condition or shows signs of use, a partial refund or denial may apply.
  

4. Late or Missing Refunds

5. Non-Returnable Items

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. Once the item is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may still be eligible for return after delivery.
